A company dealing with art, focused mainly on old coins and banknotes, needed a system to archive the most interesting items sold. The items were to be archived complete with photos, description, sale date and price. The archived information is displayed and searchable on the company's website for the sake of demonstrating the company's reputation and trustworthiness. A software solution was implemented that included a cyclic or on-demand download of new entries. It includes an administrative panel, allowing for management of entries and sought terms.

A state-wide Forestry Office needed a solution to support the RFP/RFQ process for acquisition of forestry services: preparation, publishing, proposal processing and awarding of public contracts. The realised solution is a web-based software for accessing and maintaining the service contractor database (contact data, references, available resources, offered service types, ratings from previous contracts) and for preparation and evaluation of RFPs according to rules set when the RFP was created. After specifying the contract's conditions and selecting the companies, mail merge data is generated and used to mail the RFP/RFQ letters. The system integrates with existing infrastructure for user authentication and user rights management. Multi-tenancy for all the the Forestry Office's branch offices is included.
